A view from my lens of the world! Photos of nature, animals and cultures
I offer a viewing gallery that includes an array of photos from all over the world, Italy, Iceland, Caribbean, Croatia, Madagascar, Montenegro, Rwanda, Tanzania, India, Turkey, Chile, Argentina, the list goes on. If you see something that catches your eye I can produce it in any format.
I also offer merchandising photography. The key to selling online in todays market is about placement , photo appeal and details. Having that sharp and attractive image can stop a person dead in their tracts, as a result leads to one more sale. Using my service can help you increase the visual effect of your products and give your merchandise that professional look. Please contact me via email to inquire about my services and cost. I am competitive and strive for perfection. I look forward to working with new clients every day.
As a kid I played with an old Pentax K1000. Over time, work and down falls in life consumed me, but I met my spouse and this rekindled my love for photography. We now travel the world, 10 years in and 10,000 plus photos later I figured I should share the world from my lens. I have since upgraded my camera and want to show the beauty of our planet. I grew up in the inner city of Chicago in a broken home with a dysfunctional family that I refused to let define me. I did every thing to escape, including following in those abusive footsteps I was once victim of as a young child. My inspiration came from our neighbor that rented from my loving neighbor Florence. As a kid, and as most children, I loved animals and she was the only person I knew that had been to Africa. She showed me photos of this amazing far off land and I wanted to be just like her. I wanted to travel and see the world. I wanted to take those same photos one day. The closest I got was working at the Lincoln Park Zoo. Broke, beaten down by words, I was a boy with a destiny and filled with the imagination of what it would be like to one day visit a place like the Serengetti, hanging with a family of gorillas in the jungles of Rwanda and flying to far off lands. I settled for selling balloons at LPZ and working at the gift shop at John G. Shed Aquarium. College was not in my foreseeable future and traveling the world was just a pipe dream. I took a job with a bank, because that would pay the bills and get me SSI when I retired. I went through life unhappy and resentful, but I dreamed of my passion for the arts, culture, and my love for animals. One day I met a guy. We started to date and he said to me, "Do you have your passport?" I said no, of course not. He said, "Well you should get one if you want to travel." " let's go to Italy!" I laughed at him. Then I got my passport and he showed me the world! I married this man.
He is still showing me the world to this day and he is my fantastic inspiration for photography, rekindling my passion for the arts and for starting this company. I dedicate this journey to him.
